Wisconsin No Child Left Inside Coalition
The Wisconsin No Child Left Inside Coalition is a statwide partnership organization working to develop an Environmental Literacy Plan (ELP) for Wisconsin. Wisconsin's Environmental Literacy Plan will identify a comprehensive strategy to provide teachers and students in Wisconsin, from pre-kindergarten through the twelfth grade, with opportunities, appropriate structures, and support mechanisms to develop their environmental literacy and connect with nature.
The Coalition is made up of representatives from state agencies like the Department of Public Instruction and the Department of Natural Resources, school teachers and administrators, school board members, and non-governmental organizations. A broad advisory group is also providing input and feedback.
